Beautiful heiress Marian Dorsey gets herself hired as a shipping clerk in order to learn her father's business from the ground up. George enjoys living the good life for a few days, but when an expensive necklace disappears from the safe and is discovered in his jacket pocket, it appears that his weekend retreat is going to end with time in prison.
Beautiful Lila Lee stars in this long-lost motion picture from Chesterfield. Groomed by Paramount to replace their recalcitrant star, Gloria Swanson, Lee rose to prominence in films such as Blood and Sand (1922), Love, Live And Laugh (1929) and The Unholy Three (1930). Her son, actor/writer James Kirkwood, gained fame for writing one of Broadway's most successful musicals, A Chorus Line.
BONUS: Also includes A Romance of the Western Hills (1910) starring Mary Pickford and directed by D.W. Griffith.
