Orders are processed within 3 business days. You should receive an email when you order is processed and/or updates in any way. Or you can check your order status at any time by logging in to your LTC customer account (if you have set one up).

In stock items usually ship within 2 weeks. When an item ships you should receive an email with the USPS tracking information. Out of stock items may not be available for shipment for up to 8 weeks. If any of your titles are out of stock this will be noted on the order details on our website. If the item(s) is not going to be available to ship within those 8 weeks we will issue a refund. LTC will reach out to customers if some of the order is unavailable and the customer may choose for us to hold the order until complete, or pay an extra shipping fee to have the order sent in multiple parts.

Shipping Status'

Pending - your order has not yet been processed and your card has not been charged

In Shipping Queue - order has been processed and is being prepped for shipment

On Order From Supplier - some items in your order are not in stock and it will take a bit longer before your order moves to the shipping queue

Closed - order has been shipped and you should have received your tracking email
