DESCRIPTION:

A mob-driven lynching is single-handedly broken up by Texas Ranger Tim Vallance (Tim McCoy). Instead of delivering the intended victims, two members of a murderous gang, to the sheriff, he releases them. For this outrageous and traitorous act of seeming conspiracy, Tim is stripped of his Ranger Sergeant stripes and badge. It's all part of a daring undercover scheme hatched by Tim to cast himself as a renegade so he can attempt to infiltrate the gang and bring them all to justice. When the ruse is discovered, a fiery bullet-riddled showdown ensues.

When Tim McCoy was a college boy in Chicago, he saw a Wild West show and found his true calling. Doing ranchwork in Wyoming, he mastered horsemanship and became an expert on Indian lore. After serving as an Army Colonel in World War One, he worked as an Indian Agent, and helped provide Indian extras for the 1923 production of The Covered Wagon. This whetted his appetite for film work and he ultimately became one of the top Cowboy stars of all time. His legendary fast-draw was once clocked at an incredible 0.25 seconds.

Includes BONUS feature, Matt Clark, Railroad Detective Meets Geronimo.

In his final film with Puritan Pictures, Tim McCoy plays a Texas ranger who goes undercover to bust up a heroin-smuggling gang.

This release includes an episode of the MATT CLARK, RAILROAD DETECTIVE television show. In this episode Clark meets up with the famous Apache warrior, Geronimo.
