When his latest vicitm is recognized in one of his artworks, an inspector sets out to trap him. Black Dragons (1942): In the dawn of World War II, an expert plastic surgeon and the world's most dangerous terrorist (Bela Lugosi) flies to Japan to transform six Japanese people into identical likenesses of six Americans, only to discover he is to be incarcerated in order to be silenced as to his role in the plot. The Black Raven (1943): Before Psycho or Identity, this film tells the story of the proprietor of a hotel called The Black Raven, one with a checkered past.
