The cloth-capped bumbler is one of the great creations of British Comedy. MAN OF THE MOMENT: Norman (Norman Wisdom) is a filing clerk in Whitehall, who spends most of his time swooning over pictures of his favorite film star. When he accompanies some diplomats to Geneva, he succeeds in creating a large amount of chaos. After knocking out one of the delegates, he is to take his place. However, at the meeting, he spies his favorite film star and interrupts the proceedings. Through such behavior, he makes friends but also enemies and one of them wants him dead!
