DESCRIPTION:

Despite being the best in the business, outspoken Don Phelan is fired from his job as an ace newsreel reporter. He teams up with beautiful thrill-seeking Wilma to form their own company, unaware that her father is the owner of a rival newsreel company. Don creates a new format guaranteed to rocket them to success, but a competitor steals the secret and introduces the identical idea. When Don learns Wilma's real identity, he mistakenly believes that the woman he loves is the one who has betrayed him.

Evalyn Knapp was renowned for her appearances in B-Westerns and most notably the sound re-make of The Perils Of Pauline (1934). Norman Foster was a writer and director as well as an actor from the early 1930s to the mid-1970s. He is best known for directing several Charlie Chan and Mr. Moto movies, as well as such TV classics as Davy Crockett (1955) and Zorro (1957-58).
