In this documentary set in the French province of Rouergue, a vast family-owned farm called Farrebique thrives with an abundance of fresh crops and healthy animals. The family, consisting of grandfather, grandmother, their son and his wife and the couple's children, toil to ensure the success of the century-old farm. Long traditions are threatened, however, by the grandfather's wish to bring electricity to the farm, and a budding romance between his grandson and a neighboring farmer's daughter.
