Julia Köster is a celebrated revuestar, but wants to go on holiday. When the theater director right after a performance scheduled for the next revue, Julia hurriedly rushed into Unterrock and fur coat to the station. As the director of the theater wants to get through her stay, he leaves Julia's maid Luise bringing all the suitcases out of the train. But Julia is still going to the mountains. When she notices that not only her suitcases are missing, but also her compartment has now been forgiven, she goes out at the next stop of the train - and stands alone in icy winter night, since the train has just stopped for free on the road because of construction work. The nearest train station is 20 kilometers away, but there are huts in the mountainous landscape in the distance. Julia starts off. When suddenly parts of the mountain are blown up, she calls for help and is fainted with excitement. Their calls were heard by the engineers Peter and Erwin, who brought them into the warmth. Erwin has just listened to a song by Julia on the radio and is enthusiastic about the unknown woman. The down-to-earth Peter refuses extravagant women and also looks at Julia as a temporary guest.
