*Casa dell'amore... la polizia interviene* (*House of Love... the Police Intervenes*; 1978) is an Italian erotic thriller directed by Renato Polselli under the pseudonym Ralph Brown. The film follows three amateur archaeologists who, while searching for bones in a forest, stumble upon a secluded house where satanic orgies take place. Instead of alerting the authorities, they choose to secretly document the events, leading to unforeseen consequences. The film is notable for its blend of eroticism and horror, characteristic of the Italian "proto-porn" genre of the late 1970s. Some scenes were repurposed from the unfinished film *Una vergine per Satana* (1976) by Alessandro Santini.
