The glamorous Marlene Dietrich stars as former nightclub entertainer torn between her husband, lover, career and child in Blonde Venus. Helen (Dietrich) returns to the stage billed as "The Blonde Venus" to raise money for her husband Edward (Herbert Marshall) who has been diagnosed with radium poisoning.
