DESCRIPTION:

Caustic comedy from Billy Wilder set in post-WWII Berlin, where dignified congresswoman Phoebe Frost's (Jean Arthur) investigation into black-market influence on occupying GIs brings her in close contact with handsome Captain John Pringle (John Lund).
