THE LTC GUARANTEE

Our #1 goal at LTC is to provide good quality classic movies to film collectors like you. As part of that mission we have created The LTC Guarantee. If you are unhappy with the quality of your movie for any reason you can choose from one of the following options:

A. If the quality is unacceptable to you we can try to get a better copy of the film you ordered.

B. If we are unable to get a better copy you can choose another title of equal or lesser value to replace your original order.

C. We can issue store credit for a future order

D. We issue a purchase price refund to your credit card.

To help ensure that you will receive an accurate description of a film's quality we are also working on an A-F grading scale. However, it will be some time before all items on our site have a grade attached to them so please contact us if you have questions about specific films.
